FAQ for Fun Toast Mobile Application
1. How many accounts can I sign with my mobile number?
1 mobile number is to 1 account. As it is verified through OTP SMS
2. Is there other payment modes?
Currently, there is only ‘PAYLAH’, we will be looking into more payment mode in the near future.
3. Do I need data usage for this app?
Yes. This app requires internet connection/data.
4. How do I add my email address?
You may locate the tab from the top left corner drop list, followed by right top settings button.
5. How do I place an order?
For store order, you may choose your preferred store and place your order.
For E-store order, you may locate E-store and choose the products.
6. How long will my items be ready?
For store order, it will be ready within 5-10 minutes, while for bulk orders will take about 20 mins, depends on how complicated the order is.
For E-store, the order will be processed once payment is made, an email will be sent to you within 1-3 working days for confirmation for delivery location and cost of the logistic fee.
7. How do the gift card works?
The gift card is to purchase a certain amount to your friends/family to use it in the app to offset their purchase.
8. How to redeem the gift card?
If the receiver has the app, it will show in the notification in-app.
While for non-app users, they will receive via SMS to download the app and redeem in-app.
9. What are the points in the rewards for?
As the app is still new, we are working on the redemption part, do lookout in the near future for redemption with your points.
10. Is there an expiry for the points I received?
Currently, there will be no expiry date for the points, until further notice.
